Position Summary

Accessible Solutions is looking for business analyst to act as a liaison between the different business area, customers, and our development team. You will help define, contribute and deliver IT visions/solutions. The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting software implementations, driving process standardization & efficiencies and identify growth opportunities/cost reductions.



  • Develop knowledge as the company subject matter expert on ServTracker software
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: (Functional requirements and Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs)
  • Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
  • Solicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis.
  • Utilize your experience in using enterprise-wide requirements definition and management systems and methodologies required.
  • Work independently with users to define concepts
  • Serves as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers) and the software development team through which requirements flow.
  • Develop requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language.
  • Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.
  • Defines and participates in analysis of interface to other integrated systems
  • Ensure current and accurate system documentation, coordinate and or perform testing of system modifications, and develop, provide, or coordinate system training, educational tools and materials
  • Test updates and new versions of software for compatibility with environment.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues.



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years of  experience
  • 3 years of experience in an organization focused on delivering community services is required
  • Proven experience with software or IT development
  • Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.


Preferred Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, managers, and subject matter experts.
  • Sound knowledge of the system development lifecycle
  • Familiar with SQL and Crystal Reports
  • Show a strong ability to solve problems creatively through innovation and process re-engineering
  • Have demonstrated interpersonal skills: ability to establish confidence, rapport, and cooperative relationships with clients and coworkers.
